The Email.
A confirmation email will be sent to you 12 hours before your booking time. This email will contain:

Tips for a successful day
The Arrival.
Our signature cabana(s) will be ready and waiting for you when you walk out to the beach.
Our set up will include coolers with ice, water and refreshing towelettes, sunscreen, insulated cups, towels for each chair, and a speaker. Please see add-ons for any additional needs.
P.S. All food add-ons are delivered 30 minutes to an hour after start time, unless otherwise requested.
The Departure.
Once time slot has ended, we ask that umbrellas are lowered before heading out. The beach concierge will do the rest! If your beach day is finished early, please text 330-573-6651 for a heads-up.
