Can I change an existing reservation?

Absolutely! We're more than happy to assist you with any changes you may have. Kindly communicate with us via email or text at least two weeks before your scheduled date, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Feel free to provide details about the modifications you'd like, and our team will work diligently to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for you.

How long do we have the cabanas for?

Each cabana reservation comes with a five-hour time slot for your enjoyment. If you need to leave earlier, please feel free to do so, but we kindly ask that you inform us in advance by sending a text message.

Can we bring our own food?

Absolutely! Please obey IOP beach rules and avoid glass, single-use plastic bags, plastic straws, polystyrene (also known as Styrofoam) coolers, cups and food containers and balloons. Residents and visitors are encouraged to use reusable, recyclable and compostable products when enjoying the Isle of Palms beach.
