Weather policy
Mother Nature spoils us in Charleston….. sometimes.
The weather forecasters can only predict so much. If there is a slight chance of rain, do not get discouraged. We closely monitor weather conditions and make calls with our best judgment.
The Perfect Point Team is the one who makes the final call on whether the cancellation is warranted.
In the event of predicted bad weather, the morning of your booking you will receive a text stating our status and will discuss further options that are best suited for you (options are down below).
Please note: Cloud coverage and morning rain does not warrant a cancellation.
Once the setup is on the beach and all of our work has been done you are unable to cancel.

Okay, no rain…
but what about the wind?
If the winds are predicted to be around 15 MPH, we will keep the cabanas up & umbrellas lowered.
We ask that you only raise them if the winds die down & pay special attention to lowering them when you leave.
If winds are predicted to be above 15 MPH, we will replace the cabanas with umbrellas.
Cancellation Policy

All cancellations by guests will be handled on a case by case situation. The more advanced notice of cancellation that is given, the more refund that can be provided.
*(3% service fee will NOT be given back in ANY refunds)*
No refund will be given if you cancel within 48 hours of booking.
100% refund if cancelled more than 7 days prior to booking.
50% refund is given if request is within 7 days of booking.
You may reschedule your booking date with applicable fees.

RescheduLe Policy
Guest’s requests for rescheduling will be considered on a case by case basis and are subject to a rescheduling fee and availability. The rescheduling fee is determined by the amount of notice given prior to the date and time and are as follows:
7 days or more prior to booking: free
Within 7 days of booking: $50
24 -72 hours prior to booking: $150
Requests to reschedule within 24 hours or less from the start time of the booking are not accepted and guest is responsible for full payment, regardless of whether the scheduled booking occurs or not.
