Mother Nature spoils us in Charleston…. sometimes.

While weather forecasts can offer guidance, they are not always exact. A slight chance of rain does not automatically mean your booking will be canceled. Our team closely monitors conditions leading up to your reservation and makes decisions using our best professional judgment.

The Perfect Point team makes the final determination on whether weather conditions warrant a cancellation.

If inclement weather is predicted, you will receive a text message the morning of your booking with our status update, and we will discuss the options that best suit your experience (outlined below).

Please note: Cloud coverage or brief morning rain does not qualify for cancellation.

Once the setup is on the beach and all of our work has been done you are unable to cancel.

what are my options before set up?

  1. Reschedule

  2. Cancel with a full refund

    (3% service fee will NOT included in ANY refunds)

  3. Move forward and hope for the best!

Okay, no rain…

but what about the wind?

If the winds are predicted to be around 15 MPH, we will keep the cabanas up & umbrellas lowered.

We ask that you only raise them if the winds die down & pay special attention to lowering them when you leave.

If winds are predicted to be above 15 MPH, we will replace the cabanas with umbrellas.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations by guests will be handled on a case by case situation. The more advanced notice of cancellation that is given, the more refund that can be provided.

    *(3% service fee will NOT be given back in ANY refunds)*

    No refund will be given if you cancel within 48 hours of booking.

    100% refund if cancelled more than 7 days prior to booking.

    50% refund is given if request is within 7 days of booking.

    You may reschedule your booking date with applicable fees.

  • In the event of cancellation by Perfect Point, guests will be issued a full refund.

    *(3% service fee will NOT be given back in ANY refunds)*

RescheduLe Policy

Guest’s requests for rescheduling will be considered on a case by case basis and are subject to a rescheduling fee and availability. The rescheduling fee is determined by the amount of notice given prior to the date and time and are as follows:

  • 7 days or more prior to booking: free

  • Within 7 days of booking: $50

  • 24 -72 hours prior to booking: $150

Requests to reschedule within 24 hours or less from the start time of the booking are not accepted and guest is responsible for full payment, regardless of whether the scheduled booking occurs or not.
