WEATHER POLICY

Perfect Point makes the final weather decision. Please do not cancel based on the forecast.

We monitor weather and beach conditions up until the morning of your reservation.

  • If we proceed: Your reservation will move forward. If weather prevents us from safely setting up at your scheduled time, your start time may be delayed until conditions are safe. Weather-related delays do not qualify for refunds or credits.

  • If we cancel: You may reschedule or receive a full refund, minus the 3% processing fee.

  • If you cancel before we do: Our standard cancellation policy applies, regardless of the forecast.

Rain in the forecast does not automatically mean cancellation.

We will never proceed when we determine conditions are unsafe.

Wind POLICY

Perfect Point reserves the right to modify any setup due to high winds or unsafe beach conditions.

  • For the safety of our guests, team, and others on the beach, Perfect Point reserves the right to modify setups due to high winds or unsafe conditions.

  • If cabanas cannot be safely installed, cabanas may be substituted with umbrellas. Your reservation will remain active with the safest comparable setup available.

  • Umbrellas may need to be lowered or temporarily closed during periods of high winds or strong gusts.

  • Wind-related substitutions or temporary equipment closures do not qualify for cancellation or a full refund. If the substituted package has a lower listed value, the difference will be refunded.

All wind and safety decisions are made by the Perfect Point team based on current beach conditions.

Last minute bookings

Last-minute bookings are accepted until 11:00 AM on the day of your reservation and are subject to availability. A 20% gratuity will be included in your total to support our team for expedited service. Requests submitted after 11:00 AM cannot be accommodated.
